At  Store Simplix , your satisfaction is our top priority.
Before returning any item, please contact us at contact@storesimplix.com to receive proper instructions and the return address.
Return Conditions
•    You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
•    Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
•    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our  part.
Non-returnable Items
•    Sale or clearance items.
•    Customized products.
•    Opened or used products (unless defective).
Procedure
1.    Contact us at contact@simplix.company with your order number, photos, and reason for return.
2.    We will provide the exact return address.
3.    Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
4.    Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
We will offer:
•    A free replacement, or
•    A full refund without return, depending on the situation.
