Return Conditions

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

• Opened or used products (unless defective).

2. We will provide the exact return address.
3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
We will offer:
• A free replacement, or
• A full refund without return, depending on the situation.
